Vista Installation stops when finalizing

When installing windows Vista Home Premium 64bit on a new system build. It
stop when near to the end when reports back that it is Checking System
Performance.

Hi,

That step can be quite lengthy - upwards of half an hour. You might try just
letting it chug along.
