Vista keeps changing to a modified theme on reboot

Recently I've noticed that my Vista theme keeps changing to a modified theme,
when I change it back to the default vista theme, it just changes back when I
reboot. Anyone know how to stop Vista changing back to the modified theme?
I'm using Vista Home Premium 32bit.

Does it actually change anything or does it just say "modified" in the
themes and everything's the same?

Did you check in your Control Panel > Programs and Features > to see if you
have something installed related to themes?

The only thing it changes is the font... but I don't like that font, the
default font is better.

I know I installed some video converting software when this started, but I've
already uninstalled all of them.

If you "Save As" a new theme, does that take?
