Vista keeps waking up.

Hi

I have a home built PC with Vista Ultimate and have been trying the new
sleep mode.

As advertised the Sleep mode is quicker than Hibernate, but it wakes itself
up.

FYI I have an ASUS P5W DH Delux M/B and using a Logitech MX1000 wireless
mouse. This mouse is radio to a docking station and USB from there and can
wake up the machine from full shutdown. (even after socket power off). I
also have a Logitech Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard but this can not wake up
the system.

My problem though is when in sleep mode the machine wakes up on it's own.
This doesn't happen from shutdown so I would like to think it isn't the
mouse.

Anyone here had simular experience and tracked down the reason for the wake
up?

I dunno, but with my XP machine...telephone activity will
trigger it on from sleep mode. Just the fact that the modem is
connected to the line is enough without any answering program
being loaded on the computer.
