Vista Language Bar

I'm having trouble getting the language bar to show on vista. I've done
all the -normal -troubleshooting, checked all the settings in control
panel/keyboard and when I right click the start menu and look in the
toolbars tab it still doesn't have an option to show language bar.

I know it worked a few days ago, the only thing I can think of is
this...
I think I may have disabled a Windows service associated with text, I'm
not sure what it was, but if anyone knows that would be great.

Go back to Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Change
Keyboards... > Language Bar (tab) > under Language Bar > select 'Docked in
the taskbar' > click OK.

Thats already selected, it still doesn't show in the toolbars. Also,
when I try and change any of those settings it resets as soon as I
click apply and close the window.

Here's what I'm trying to say.

'bayimg - image: language bar.jpg - free uncensored image hosting'

I've tried everything other people have talked about, but I just don't
know why it won't show the option in the toolbars. That virtual pc
thing doesn't do anything.

ryuujinusa,

Have you tried a system restore? By the way, why are you disabling
services without knowing the end effect?

Have a nice day.

Hello ryuujinusa,

How many languages are enabled for use? Is it only one, you can not see it
even if the settings are like your's.

Best regards

I doubled checked my service theory and that doesn't seem to be it. Yes
I have multiple languages enabled.
