Vista language-neutrality: end of "this add-on for other languages will be available later"?

Hi

The MUI approach used in Vista means that most of SPs and Betas will work on
any localization of Vista? It is frustrating to get a needed SP just to run
it and see that message "This program is not suited for the language of your
OS"... To overcome this in my XP Pro I purchase an English version and
applied the MUI for my language. So I see everything (most) of the OS
localized and all Betas and SPs get installed without any complaint... I
guess I don't need to do that with Vista.

Tks

Edric
