Vista Loading hangs up in 20% of cases

Even if you click F8 before loading and chose Safe Mode the displa

But this window should display
Loaded: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\volmgrx.sy
Loaded: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\pciide.sy

etc
(HDD indicator blinks about 0.5 seconds and goes out

What I mean to say is that it is obvious that Vista hangs up itself a
the very beginning of loading, but not because of drivers

What can be the problem

Looks like the problem is PCI IDE controler. That would be a disk controler.
Could be a problem with some other device which is hogging the PCI bus. You
can try fixing the problem by removing all the boards from your PCI slots
(remove graphics card too), then turn the PC off and on again (without
boards). Then turn the PC off again, insert one board, turn the PC on, and
so on until you find a faulty board. Sometimes the board could just be
'unseated' due to vibrations and reseating them fixes the problem.
