Vista lock-up

When I close the lid on my notebook wjth the sidebar active, it locks up. If
I exit the sidebar or shut off the modem it doesn't. Any ideas?

Probably one of the gadgets you have installed it doing it. I'd remove all
of them and add them back one by one seeing which one it is causing the lock
up so you can stop using it.
