Vista Log On Password Reset

We can't remember the logon pass word to our computer as it has been a long
time since we have used it. Is there a way to reset or by-pass so we can gain
access to the computer?

I don't know if this works in vista... Try rebooting and start in saf
mode. See if you can logon as administrator, usually the password t
administrator is blank which will allow you to reset any other account'
password. This works for XP

I have to send back my HP notebook to HP and I have to delete all password
from Windows Vista , what I have to do
