Hi Newgirl,
Windows Mail does not have a emoticons option for the toolbar.
However, you can create a folder of them in your personal user folder
"Pictures" (or wherever). When you are composing a email, click on the
"Insert Picture" icon on the toolbar and navigate to the folder with the
emoticons. Just select one and it will be added to your email where you
place it. This way you can add or delete whatever you want for
emoticons.
