Vista Mobile

I can't communicat with my Blackjack because Windows Mobile Device Center
stopped working. I get 2 choices when I tryto open my pictures or files on
my BJ-1)Check on line for a solution and restart program, or 2) Start
Program. What would cause this, and how do I fix it?? swglitch

I tried that, didn't correct problem. I can connect to my phone, but when I
want to import pictures, music or videos, I get the message "Windows Mobile
Device Center has stopped working". Then I get 2 choices; 1-Check online
for solution and restart program, or 2- Restart program. Neither corrests
the problem. What now??
