My vista will not boot...into any mode. Safe mode, all other advance
options modes do not work either. It just loads the progress bar an
then goes to a black screen with a mouse cursor. I have tried about
thousand things and have given up hope on fixing it.

I recently upgraded from home basic to home premium. My question is, i
I want to do a full reinstall (IE erase everything) will having only th
upgrade disc work? I am in a foreign country and my parents can not fin
anything buth the upgrade DVD. Will it work?

PS (I already have a recovery disc, and nothing on that fixes i
either, it cant find any system restore points.
