from my yahoo answers question:
Help! I've been dual booting windows vista and ubuntu linux, and it runs
smoothly most of the time, but sometimes windows just decides not to boot.
It
gives me a loading bar with the fancy vista logo, and after that, instead of
going to the login screen, it goes to a black screen. This has happened
twice
before, but the tools in the system recovery thing promptly fix it. But this
time is different. I boot in to windows system recovery, it loads, i briefly
see a command line window, and then just a blue screen. The system recovery
wizard is coming up! I even tried booting in to the system recovery cd i got
from hp.
specs: compaq presario v6000, vista home premium, ubuntu feisty fawn.
help please!
