Vista Opens Multiple Programs For Same File Type

Hello,

Ever since I switched to Vista I am having a problem when opening files. If
I select, for example, 5 MSWord files, right click, open, the files will open
in 5 separate instances of MSWord instead of opening 1 instance of MSWord
with 5 windows. This is the same for Excel, PaintShop and any other files
that I try to open more than 1 at a time of the same file type.

Can anybody tell me how to set Vista to open multiple files of the same type
in 1 instance of the appropriate program?

Thank you in advance for any help!

Best Regards,

Ben
