vista passes memory test,but office diagnostic fails it who is rig

oh this might be a bug vista passes memory test and when i reboot back into
vista and run office 2007 diagnostic it still says failed is it that slow to
update or what, oh and vista doesnt recognize one care as an anti-virus or
anti- spyware program.
