Vista, patch KB941649 but don't mind the Start menu, mh?

After applied patch KB941649 don't mind u found one more "Programs"
menu voice, in Start menu. Noo! Don't delete it! You will delete all
the menu voices for all users! Simply switch to classical menu and
back tu Vista menu again and you got rid of it: attention.

Don't know about what you talking. Everything normal like always when applying
patches from MS. Also no additional Program.
