I agree.
What I find troubling is having to support Vista and there is nothing
available that says "This is what you have with this version and this is what
you have with that version". I mean, what if I got a service call from a
customer that said "I don't have this ability" and I show up and sit there
like a monkey for a couple hours trying to figure it out? I look on the web
and I find nothing; I search microsoft and find nothing; then I tel the
customer that it must be a Vista version issue and slap them a 200.00 bill
for doing nothing.
Microsoft had their heads in their A$$ when they made Vista and the people
in charge should go in the field servicing it for a while to get a real idea
of how troubling it is to have 4 different versions.
I am an IT guy and I have had it with Vista. I am frustrated every single
day with this crap.
