This is very very annoying, I just got an UX380N with vista recently, I don’t
know this is a Sony apps problem, vista problem or UX problem itself. I try
to edit the power plan for either high performance or power saver, then I put
the computer into sleep mode, after a while I wake up the computer and login,
the power plan that I was selecting is totally mess up(for example High
performance). It change the off screen time to 1min on both battery and AC
power, and sleep to never, processor performance minimal to 0% and maximum to
50%, which this will drag down the performance of high performance plan.
So I have to restore to default and change everything else again.
This is not occurs every time when I put the computer into sleep mode, it
usually happen when it stays at sleep mode long enough(20mins up), which it
doesn’t happen if I just wake it up right after sleep. Al so this is happened
easily if you change the power plan that is active, then turn on Bluetooth,
and put the computer into sleep mode for about 15mins. Also It occurs when I
wake the computer up and see the message under the finger print login user
icon says please connect the biometric device…. (Something likes that).
I first though this is a registry issue that I had been tweaking with the
system, so I did a complete factory to the original state, didn’t uninstall
anything or tweak anything at all, but this is still happening, this is
driving me crazy.
Hope someone here could help.
Thanks in advanced.
K
