vista prefetch folder

I looked in my prefetch folder and found this: AgAppLaunch. Does anyone know
what this is and what it does?

It is a database file that increments when you run other
applications--it is used by Windows to order files on the harddrive
during defragmentation so that the most frequently used files are placed
on the fastest parts of the drive

Leave it alone.
