Hi,

You could try going into Display settings and set the color to 32bit.

Also worth running Winsat - press Windows and Break keys together -
wait a few seconds for system rating to show up, then click on Widows
Experience Index ( in blue ), then click Update my score.

Hope it helps

Hi,

Click start and type services.msc, hit <enter>. Scroll down and restart the
Themes service.

Hi,

How did you try running Winsat ?

There is probably a key on your keyboard just to the right of the
scroll lock key - usually called Pause/ Break. (towards the top right of
the keyboard ).

Try pressing that at the same time as the Windows key ( bottom left of
the keyboard, between the Alt and Control keys ).

The System window will open. Wait till a few seconds till the words
Windows Experience Index appear ( in blue ), then click on them .

In the new window that opens, click on Update my score ( also in blue
).

Hope that helps
