Vista premium freezes

I have a new HP a6220n freezes when I try to use Bookmarks. The Bookmark
selection comes up, but then I have to log off as I can't do anything. It
sometimes freezes when I am doing something other than Bookmarks. Can anyone

Hi Jahay,

Run the memory diagnostic. Random freezing can be symptomatic of faulty
memory. It could also be spyware, a virus, a faulty power supply, or a
faulty motherboard just to name a few things.
