Vista Premium stops when signing in to windows.

When I turn on my pc in the morning Vista stops signing in an I have to push
the on button to start again. It goes into Start Up Repairs an fixes the
problem. This happens everyday.I have made 7 attemps to Dell to fix an they
never do. I have only had this new desktop for 13 days. Microsoft told me
this morning that I would have to PAY 459.00 to fix this. If Dell can't I am
surprized that since it is a Microsoft product that they would not help.

Return the computer to Dell for replacement under the warranty and/or
put a charge-back on your credit card. That will get their attention.
You need to deal with Dell on this, not Microsoft.
