Afer installing a file from the web i tried to open it and a box came up with VAFS stopped working Followed by Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: CLR20r3
Problem Signature 01:vafs.exe

Problem Signature 03: 4a22bf77
Problem Signature 04: vafs
Problem Signature 05 4.0.1.19
Proglem Signature 06 4a22bf77

Program Signature 09: System.Invalid Operation Exception os Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033
