Hello,
I have exactly the same problem with my managers machine. He just installed
some updates and now he gets the loop. He does have SP1 installed and as said
just downloaded and installed the latest updates. I am not sure what to do. I
tried the windows repair before on another computer, but that's as reliable
as updating these days. After trying the repair, the reinstall was necessary.
Sometimes you really wonder if MS actually test their stuff before they
release it and claim it works. Man this is the third problem I encountered
within 2 weeks. Please don't tell me I have to reinstall everything again.
There has got to be a solution for this ...
