Vista reboots during boot sequence

Hi,

After adding a TV card, Vista refuses to start. It reboots during the
boot sequence :

Unfortunately, I have tried all possible solutions :

- Reboot with F8 and try ALL item in the menu

- Reboot with minimum hardware (only keyboard + mouse and HD)

- Vista repair hasn't solved the problem. I have selected all possible
options.

Any idea ?
