Vista Recovery Console ?

What are the options, if any, for a Vista Recovery Console ?

In WinXP you can install the Recovery Console by executing...

..\i386\winnt32 /cmdcons

or you can boot from the WinXP CDROM and choose the Repair mode.

What is available under Vista and its flavours ?
