Vista refuses DHCP offer in the privat IP range??

It's been a long time...

I'm still having this issue on my network. Anyone got some updates?

Quick fix is to set static ip on computer with Vista, defining gatewa
and nameserver

What DHCP server are you setting up that will not let you start with an IP
address of 192.168.x.x ?

I believe the DHCP server is not the issue, as noted in many of the
previous posts. I can not locate the source of the problem.
