Vista register F3 (find next) does not work for me. I have click Edit /Find
next to use same. I also do not get the keys/values/data highlighted most
times. Your help will be appreciated.
(OS=Vista home edition. Microsoft Digital Media Keyboard 1.0A)

I have since found that the Microsoft Digital Media Keyboard 1.0A seems to
be the problem. I tried the keyboard on another computer using Windows 2000
Pro OS with the same non F3 operation. The highlight of the searched key
(etc) was OK.
This may be helpful to others.
I must try and find out how to change a PS2 plug to a USB plug so I can
change keyboards on the Vista machine (unless you know the wiring and can
help).

Just go to your local computer shop, and buy a USB to PS2 Adaptor

Thanks Mick
I have three male PS2 to female USB adapters but none the other way around.
As a tech with time and a spare USB plug and cable, and having a touch of
Scotch in my veins ...
Thanks for the response
