on the Vista Recovery Environment. (120MB)
Windows Vista Recovery Disc Download:

Read the instructions, download the file.
Next, go to this website, read the instructions and download the free
ImageBurn utility. Burn the ISO image to a blank DVD disc.
Burning ISO Images with ImgBurn:

Boot from this disk and you will be able to access all of the Vista recovery
options.
