Vista repair gives this error-message - help, please

I have had troubles starting my Vista Home Premium PC for some days now.
Windows Vista repair gives this repair message:

Root cause found:
Unknown Bugcheck:
Bugcheck 8e;
Parameters = 0x0000005, 0x82473f71, 0x8c4e2b4c, 0x0

Alle other checks gives 0x0, which I translate as no error?

A system-recover makes the machine start again.

Can anybody tell me, what to do?
