Vista roaming profiles don't work

I can not get Vista Beta 2 to log in using a domain roaming profile. It
authenticates the user correctly with the Win Server '03 domain, however, I
get the message stating that it couldn't load the roaming profile and instead
logged me in with a temp profile. This happens for all domain users on my AD
on the Vista box, but all work fine on XP SP2 and Win Server '03. I even
tried creating a new domain user and dumping a local acct's profile from
Vista to be its roaming profile, but still no luck. I have seen many similar
posts on here, but no solutions. Btw, yes, the folders do have the correct
permissions (otherwise they wouldn't work on any box) and the AD's DNS server
is listed as the primary DNS server on the Vista box. Any help (or a public
release of a fix ) would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
RossB

sorry for the double post. It told me that that post failed each time.
Apparently, it lied...

I have the same problem.

The eventlog says 'Access denied' as the reason the profiles cannot be
copied from the fileserver. However when i am logged in i can access the
profiles share without problems.

My event log said something along the lines of it was unable to resolve a
name for the reason it couldn't load the profile and I've seen other posts
here with the same reason listed. However, my DNS is working fine and other
computers can resolve the Vista box and it can resolve other computers (the
server included.) I'm logging in via a wireless network connection, but,
while the wireless is encrypted, it is not authenticated via the AD or
anything like that. It could be that Windows is unloading the 'bootstrap'
wireless profile (which should be the same one) and trying to copy the files
while it is in the process of reconnecting to the network. Whatever it is,
it's quite annoying and needs to be fixed.
