vista roll bar doesnt work help please!!!!!!

hi i am useing windows vista basic does this support vista roll bar if it
does can you help me and tell me how to open it up if it doesnt just leave a
comment saying your dumb lol thanks guys

Is this the 3rd part prodcut that worked under NT and XP for 'fast loading
of appliactions' from the menu bar of any open window? if so, I suggest you
approach them and ask if there is a Vista enabled product available.
