Vista RPC(internet problem)

Hi
I have vista SP1 system. Fast few days, i am facing problem t
connected to teh internet. My RPC services are not running (there is n
any svchost.exe). I tried to bot in safe mode and found svchost.exe ar
running.
Any one have any idea

Go into control panel then administrative tools then services then loo
for remote procedure call then make sure the startup type is automati
and the other rpc is set at manual
