Vista Search?

Hello,

In XP one could do a search by using "Search for a word or phrase" contained
in a file.
What would be the equivalent type search in Vista?
I have gone into "Advanced Search" but it looks like the only options are
date and size fields. Am I missing something?

When I open Folder Options in Control Panel, the search tab shows radio
buttons for 'what to search'
