Setup cannot update your files because the language installed on your
system is different from the update language.
I never knew that Oz English was actually a different language from the

Have you tried to manually downloading the update, save it, close all
browsers and programs, and then install it, Steve ?
Suggest trying the installation by *right* clicking the download and
choosing ' Run as administrator ' -

If it fails to install again, suggest you try installing it while being
disconnected from any network or the internet, since the update deals
with DHCP.
