Vista service(driver_type)

Hello everyone:

I am working on a Nonpnp vertual serial device driver to USB for winXP/
Vista and getting entry point in kernel through window
service(driver_type) which is fine in WinXP and same service
application is not working in VISTA.In VISTA service creates success
and problem in to open same service so application is not able to
start that service.
open service API giving error code = 1060.
why it is happening in VISTA.....?
