I installed it as per its instructions.

System restarted, and now c: stops responding.

tried system restore - wont work as it says there is a file corruption on c:
drive and it needs to be repaired. I try to repair it and the c: drive stops
responding.

I wont let me into safe mode or any thing else to remove SP1.

Everything I try just makes my c: stop responding.

I need my laptop as it has all my university work on it.
