vista service pack 1 update

About 2 weeks ago i updated my windows vista to windows vista service pack 1
and it installed successfully but at the same day i installed a theme
(windows vista OS X) then i didn't like it so i couldn't uninstall it so i
restored it back and that restore included the update of the windows vista
service pack 1. And then when i tried to update it again but when it go throw
half way of the download and it restarted like it said and when its tried to
start up an error is appearing and the windows can not start up then i
repaired it with start up repair. So now i need help to fix that problem and
i want to update the service pack 1 again.

Was Vista SP1 offered by Windows Update or did you choose to install it
manually?

System Restore is NOT an undo utility and should not have been used to
remove the theme you'd installed!

at no charge *but only through 18 March 2009* so get moving!!

PS: Don't be surprised if Support tells you to reinstall Vista.
