I have tried to install service pack 1 with no success. After downloading, the installation takes
about 30 minutes, at which point you have to reboot. This part takes another 45 minutes. Then i
get a message saying something like installation unsuccessful, undoing changes. This take another
45 minutes. So after some 2 hours (that i can't use the computer), i'm right back where i started.
I've tried this 4 times (that's 8 hours of processing time).

I'm using Vista Basic with an AMD dual core processor. I've tried turning off all popup blockers,
anti-virus, and that kind of stuff.

Any ideas?
