My PC has 4, 1G RAM Modules totalling 4G's. My system BIOS also confirms
that I have a total of 4G's, but Vista only indicates that I have 3.25. Is
this normal or is there something else I need to do?

Thanks

Search the forums, this has been answered a ridiculous amount of times.

It is normal. To find out why it is normal, search for the many previous
explanations.

Richard,

Thanks for a more "professional" answer but though it is "normal", is there
a fix so it will show all, am I acutally using all or have I just wasted
money for 2 more G's of RAM?

By the way, I'm using 64-bit Ultimate.

Can you not do a bit of work and help yourself? Again, search the forums or
use Google, this has been addressed to death.

Why do you keep responding? Just ignore me and stop worrying about my
questions and go on to doing better things.

I'm trying to tell you how to find the information your looking for more
quickly. It's common practice (at least by people who bother to research
proper newsgroup usage) to search the forums before posting, it is very
unlikely that you are the first to have the question/problem your having.
Not only will you get an answer faster, you won't clog up the forum with the
357th post of the same question. Ignoring group netiquette, being a general
jerk, and doing what ever the hell you want will likely make allot of people
either ignore your postings or block you altogether.

That's exactly what I'm asking you to do! Can you do that?

Not likely, but I'm sure someone will eventually come along and hold your
hand and introduce you to a search engine.
