Thanks for reply. While waiting for a response from MS Support, I installed
the restore point prior to the Windows Update and re-installed the new
updates a few at a time. No Sidebar problem this time. I had one other
problem before after downloading a large number of updates at once. It took
MS support a couple of days via email to fix the problem that time.
