Vista sleep problem?

I am having troubles with my system, it comes oout of sleep to install
updates but then stays on and won't go back into sleep. At 1st it was the
task scheduler which I have conquered but now updates are the problem. I have
changed the settings to a weekly update and will see what happens. Anyone
else having this problem?

You have posted in a Windows Update-specific newsgroup.

You have a Vista-specific problem that has nothing to do with Windows
Update.

Post instead to an appropriate Vista-specific newsgroup; e.g.,
microsoft.public.windows.vista.general.
