Vista Software Permission Issue

I have a piece of software I like to use. Each time I open the program,
Vista claims to not recognize the author of the software, and asks me to
grant or deny permission to run said software. This is not a major issue,
but how to do give Vista permission to run this software once and for all?

Thanks,
Joe

Hi,

Did you download it from the web? If so, right click on it and choose
properties. On the first tab there should be an "unblock" button that you
can use to resolve this.

Right click the application executable and click Run as Administrator.
