I'd use the free support, personally. They will (as we would) want to know
more about the errors you are seeing, how you are going about attempting to
install SP1 for Windows Vista, your hardware specifications, what software
you have installed, what drivers you have installed and antivirus/firewall
products. They may even ask you about what you have tried (or you can offer
it up to avoid repeat attempts.)
