Well, no. If you downloaded the standalone package, then just write it
to DVD and then anybody can use it. Or better yet, go to the Microsoft
Download Center, and then download the Vista SP1 ISO, and use Nero (or
some other DVD burning software) to burn that image to disk. From ther,
all your friend has to do is insert the DVD into his computer, and
autoplay will take it from there.
