Vista SP1 conflict???

I am running Vista Home Premium with SP1 on an HP Media Center PC. After a
regular install of Delorme Street Atlas USA 2008 the program was fine. Now
after SP1 (the only recently installed software) the title screen briefly
flashes after double clicking the destop icon but the program does not run.
I have tried running as Administrator and have followed their suggestion to
uninstall and reinstall with Selective Startup and with cleared Startup
Items. Any suggestions?

You need more info on exactly what is failing. Open an elevated command
prompt, and run the command 'perfmon /rel'

Still runs perfectly after SP1 here. Try uninstalling and reinstalling.
