Vista SP1 - Outlook security message

Have a strange issue. PC with SP1 installed after Outlook (2003 used as
part of SBS2k3) now has the old style security message appearing whenever I
try sending e-mails via an Access database package that has a (MAPI ? I
think) connection to Outlook . The security app that the supplier has used
for XP (& which worked for pre SP1 Vista) does not help & we are left having
to give "permission" for a max of 10 mins every time we want to send an
e-mail! Any ideas or packages that imobilise this "security" feature?
Thanks
