Update to SP1 and get default graphics. device manger reports PCI-e root port
"no driver". try to update says can't open microsoft driver. uninstall
driver, p&p tries to install driver but faile. try to install nVidia nForce4
driver manually but installer says it can't open it.
Everything fine before SP1 so uninstall it and working again.
Have tried several times.

I have the same exact problem. Biostar T-Force nForce4 motherboard. I have
tried everything I can think of including installing and backing out SP1 3
times. Device manager in SP1 no longer shows a display device or monitor and
the nForce4 PCI-root Port devices have the yellow "!" and a message that they
cannot start.
Hope there is a driver that will correct this issue soon!

Well whatever it was it's resolved. the only thing I changed was updating the
Hauppage PCI TV card drivers, perhaps it was that ?
