In my case with Vista 64 it reads "Service Pack 1, v.744

On Vista Ultimate (32 bit) it reads as :

Service Pack 1, v.744

Thanks. I didn't think I got the Refresh. I followed the docs to a T but it
errored out about 2/3 of the way through stating some files hadn't been
removed. My hard drive light was showing access like crazy so I thought I
just need to wait the hour as per the docs. After 20 minutes all activity
stopped and I restarted and had exactly the same results. I did it a third
time with the same results. I left it alone for 1 hour and started the manual
install which retrieved only 2 files.
