Is it worth it to install now? Is it compelte?InReply

You need to be patient and only download SP1 from
the official Windows Update web site when SP1 becomes
generally available on March 18, 2008.

what will be the final official release, I'd suggest you wait a coupl
of days (until 18 March 2008) for the official release, unless you'r
feeling adventurous, and want to install the RTM first

Either way, you'll want to install SP1. You'll see a definite positiv
gain in your Vista experience afterwards
