"This Microsoft Knowledge Base article will be updated with more information
about Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 (SP2) and Windows Vista Service
Pack 2 (SP2) when the information becomes available. Currently, the product
release notes and related information about Windows Server 2008 SP2 and
Windows Vista SP2 are not available."

SOON! (Well, as opposed to your next tax break :/ Something like your next
gas fillup.)

Blu-Ray burning! Faster Inet speeds! Way good Security! Hyper-V (virtual
server), Rollup of updates.
**Public** MSDN site beta. (download about 600 Mg, and install)
http://msdn.microsoft.com (when available)
Backup before using, you get no rights of complaint. It's a Beta.

I like it. The uninstall worked fine, the bugs so far are not that big a
deal, and my Inet speed is up. (Satellite link downloads, 120K vs. 90 K.)

Seems to me that SP2 is mostly a collection of updates already installed? Atleast several of these KB articles have been installed
during the last months.
Is there a separate list that list what's actually new?

And as the article mentioned NO KB numbers AT ALL, other than it's own
number, where did you get that from?

It looks like the Beta link for SP2 should be : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/w.../dd262148.aspx but it's not offline. Does anyone have a working link I can use?

See http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l.../dd335036.aspx

Not much new beyond the hotfixes and updates already released, just
support for a couple of "emerging standards" (new 64-bit CPU from VIA,
Bluetooth 2.1, exFAT) and some "reliability and performance
enhancements".
